Our process is a systematic approach where we work together to change
your eating patterns, basically changing your relationship with food.
From working with clients, we've the concluded that being overweight is not about food. It can also be emotional and/or hormonal.
If feelings and emotions are triggering you to eat or snack
even when you are not hungry, then you may be using food as a distractor
for those feelings and emotions that you don’t like,
and don’t know what to do about them.
Hypnosis can help you identify those feelings and emotions, and then bring them to the surface so we can neutralize or eliminate them.
Once these feelings are neutralized, then food is no longer attractive.
As a result you lose weight, and start feeling good about yourself, and the anxiety around weight loss also goes away.
The program we offer is usually an average of 5 sessions
scheduled about a week apart.
